Development School
The Builder and Maker Church has a life changing Development School, with an aim of making new members go through different level of personal development that would give them capacity to fulfill God’ divine plan for their lives. Development School is built around five purposes of the Church.
Evangelism & Mission (Matt. 28:19-20)
This is to equip and empower member to share the good news with others. You become a soul winner and learn how to make new friends and influence people.
Maturity School (Eph. 4:14-15)
Every parent wants their children to grow and take after them when they mature. God’s intention for us is to be ,ore like Jesus Christ each passing day. The Maturity Training school develops members to grow spiritually, to overcome real and challenging life issues by God’s word. The Maturity Training School is designed to equip members with character and capacity to be more COMMITTED in God’s family and the things of God.
Membership School (Act 2:42-47)
Everyone belongs to member of a family and God wants you to belong to a member of His family. The purpose of our Membership Training School is to teach the fundamentals of Christianity, the Purpose of The Universal Church, Benefits and responsibilities of being a member of God’s family. At this level, you will also understand the vision, mission and core values of the Church, and how to find your place in that vision. At the end of the Membership Training School, you cease to be a regular attendee to becoming part of the CONGREGATION.
Ministry School (Eph. 4:12)
This is to help every member of the church discover their purpose and identify a meaningful place where they can best develop and deploy their spiritual and ministry gifts. This school will help you to understand yourself and your gifts to enrich your lifestyle, career, business etc. The ministry gift test and personality test will help you identify your peculiar area of gifting and potentials.
